1. Scope of Services

Services may include exclusive lead generation, appointment setting, ad management, CRM setup, sales training, and related marketing consulting for home-services contractors. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed on a per-engagement basis. Results depend on many factors including your market, response time, and sales execution, we do not guarantee any specific number of jobs, revenue, or conversion rate.

2. Engagement & Fees

Setup fees, retainers, or per-lead fees may be required before services begin. Fees are outlined in your service agreement or order form. Recurring fees renew automatically until canceled in writing. Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable once delivery has started.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate business, contact, and licensing information
• Respond promptly to leads and appointments we deliver
• Maintain proper licensing, insurance, and workmanship standards
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations, non-payment, or misuse of the leads or systems we provide.

4. Lead Ownership & Exclusivity

Leads generated for your market are delivered exclusively to your business and are not shared or resold. Contact information for each lead becomes yours to work and nurture inside your CRM. You agree not to redistribute, resell, or sublicense the leads we provide.

5. SMS & Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through our forms, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from Magenta Contractor Co LLC related to:

• Appointments and consultations
• Service updates
• Service-related notifications
• Client support

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

6. AI-Assisted Communications

• Errors or delays caused by third-party providers or automation systems

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may rely on third-party providers for:

• Scheduling and CRM
• Hosting and analytics

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or policies of third parties.
